The members decided to combine their efforts in a dynamic and synergistic way in the fields of brokerage, sales and real estate promotion for the area designated exclusively of the Canton of Geneva.
ASSOCIATION AND OBJECTIVES
The members, key member of the real estate, brokerage and development field in the Canton of Geneva, have decided to join their efforts in the creation of an association. The objectives of the association are :
- Defend and enhance real estate professionals by bringing together brokers and real estate agencies, aligned to high professional standards and criteria.
- To set objectives, decided by a majority of its members, in order to promote and develop the profession and access to property
- Promote collaboration between members of the association.
- Agree and adhere to the association’s statutes and ethics charter.
- Supervise and regulate real estate transactions in Geneva, including by imposing a official card.
- Producing public recognition of the professionals standards and practices for association members.

- Affiliation to an AVS fund
- TVA number required
- A company website
- Minimum 3 years’ experience or recognized training courses related to real estate brokerage
- Acceptance of the code of ethics and professional standards
